MIKU, which means beautiful moment, offers an exquisite menu inspired by traditional Japanese cuisine and accommodates vegan and gluten-free diets. The modern style restaurant opened in the heart of Greenwich during the spring of 2019 with great reviews. Patrons have the option of booth, table and bar seating in a chic atmosphere. The restaurant is open seven days a week for lunch, dinner and offers on-site catering. MIKU chefs only use the best quality fish from the world famous Tsukiji Fish Market in Tokyo, Japan. In addition, MIKU has an award-winning sister restaurant in Scarsdale, New York, Kumo Sushi & Lounge.
